About Me

I have always loved art and design. I grew up making personalized greeting cards with Print Shop and a dot matrix printer, doodling my way through history class, and taking every art class I could fit in my schedule.

However, my interests didn't stop at design. In the last few years, I have been expanding my skills in the field of Javascript, using it to help automate tedious production tasks to free teams up to do the work that they do best. Once I started, I had the coding bug and I couldn't shake it.

I love to look at a problem from a variety of angles, and work together with the team to see how it can be improved. Once something is in my head that can be fixed, I can't help but feel compelled to fix it. I live for that feeling of building a tool that makes peoples' jobs easier. I recently expanded my skills into back-end development with a focus on Python and have loved having the ability to create whatever I set my mind to.

I am a people person with a great sense of humor, and love working as part a team. Collective minds are always better than one, and I love being pushed and motivated by others work as a means of improving my own.
